91视频 was pleased to host an Open House that focused on聽Sustaining Continuous Improvement. MAGNET (Manufacturing Advocacy & Growth Network) sponsored the event which featured keynote speakers from local companies with successful Lean programs. Following the presentations, 62 participants from 47 Cleveland area businesses were provided an in-depth tour of聽SIFCO鈥檚 Cleveland Forge聽operations.
The tour provided an opportunity for the 189 Cleveland associates to show case improvements made over 7 years and 183 Lean/Six-Sigma events. Multiple guests commented that they were encouraged by the accomplishments and the team spirit they observed while touring. The results supported the theme that speakers from Vitamix, Swagelok and SIFCO shared in common: Employees who are Engaged, Enabled and Energized are the key to聽Making Lean Stick!
